Since the start Grana has been involved, mainly as an early stage investor, in different project like Tully’s Coffee (“Coffee To Go”) in Sweden/Europe, Golden Hits Radio Station (Sweden), AEA Bank (USA), Nordic Domains (Sweden/USA).
Grana has been involved in several real estate investments and transactions in different countries. Our involvement has spanned from investments to negotiations, refurbishment and day-to-day management.
In 1992 Grana started to investigate the possibilities for the Self Storage business in Europe. In 1994 a partnership was created with Shurgard Storage Centers Inc., one of the leading self storage owners and operators in the United States, listed on the New York Stock exchange (NYSE, ticket SHU).
